The Advance Veterinary Cat Gastro Sensitive 1.5 kg is a complete food for cats with intestinal problems such as diarrhoea, malnutrition and food intolerance.
Healthy intestinal function is important for a healthy cat. However, many cats have intestinal and digestive problems such as acute and chronic diarrhoea, vomiting, indigestion, intolerances to certain nutrients and ingredients, as well as pancreatic insufficiency, inflammatory bowel disease, lymphangiectasia and hyperlipidaemia. The feed is a source of selected proteins, such as turkey and pea protein for animals with a sensitive digestive system, and contains prebiotics (FOS) and Omega-3 for the development of the intestinal flora and the reduction of inflammation. This protects the intestines, facilitates digestion and reduces the risk of food intolerances. Sepiolite reduces stool production and triglycerides aid digestion and absorption of nutrients. In addition, the food is supplemented with vitamin B12 to compensate for hypocobalaminaemia in cats with gastrointestinal disorders or pancreatitis.
